Sree Lanka Granite Works was established in 1987 with a motto of changing the construction landscape in Kerala with quality construction materials delivery to encompass high-quality construction as per the specification of the consumer. Sree Lanka Granite Works, an ISO 9001:2015 certified business, was originally established in Calicut and for the past 35 years renders its products in nearby localities as well, with the main branch in Mukkam, Calicut.

The rigorous testing by the various Government accredited labs like NIT Calicut lab, have proved that Lanka Sand presently the best optimum quality manufactured sand in the markets which is a result of meticulous and rigorous high-quality standard measures taken by the company to ensure the production at optimum quality. Throughout the processes of crushing, sieving, and grading, the company applies the use of the best technology machinery and scientific methods.
Lanka Sand’s perfectly uniform gradation of aggregates makes it highly effective than the riverbed sand. The sand is useful for the construction of roads, buildings, etc ensuring the longevity of the structures for many years because of the strength the sand delivers to the concrete and sturdiness to the structure forms.

Just like most enterprise ideas, Lankasand was born out of necessity. It began when our founder, Mr. Premraj, entered the construction industry and experienced firsthand the incompetent techniques and ducking that were ongoing in the industry.
The traditional processes around obtaining construction sand are murky and bothersome. Quantity and quality aren’t transparent and some are simply fooling consumers. Traditional structures of manufacturing incentivize sales, not for benefitting you.
1975
Mr. Premraj entered the construction industry as a contractor. He uncovered that there were no norms for quality review of the aggregates and the quantity distributed to the consumers was inappropriate.
1987
Witnessing the plight of customers and being one himself, he decided to establish a stone crushing unit for precise quality and quantity of the element.
2008
M sand production commenced in the year 2008 for the finest quality sand according to the standards. Since then, the enterprise has produced eco-friendly, high-quality sand for personal, commercial, and government constructions.

While plastering requires a finer and smoother form of sand, concrete requires slightly rougher and granular sand. All our production processes are efficiently monitored and supervised for the production of optimum quality sand that offers strength, durability, and most of all reliability.
We carry 35+ years of experience in the stone crushing industry and from the past 15 years, we have established our presence as being the custodians of producing authentic and top-grade M sand.
